The Basic Package includes a 17.5" touchscreen tablet that has been custom program for your specific needs. Upon arrival, the unit simply needs to be plugged in and you are ready to use it. The only thing that needs to be done is to enter your internet password. No internet, no problem, we can provide that service for you as well (for more information, see below).

If an individual doesn't have access to to Wifi in their place of residence, a stand alone system can be provided for an added monthly fee.
We will monitor the battery life in all of your peripheral devices and replacement them for free for as long as you have a SENIOR CONNECT system.
If anything goes wrong with your system over as a result of faulty manufacturing or software failure, we will replace the unit at no additional cost.
There is a dedicated knowledgeable team of Technicians who are available to answer any query you may have about your SENIOR CONNECT System, including advice on peripheral devices if either the System or any device has an operational problem. The team can also give you advice on the best devices to accessories your system to give maximum benefits, or if you have any queries regarding system upgrades and much more.
The monthly fee includes all updates and ongoing developments of the SENIOR CONNECT system. All updates will be automatically pushed through to your system seamlessly and without any intervention on your part.
No Long Term Contracts or Cancellation Fees and No Minimum Contract Term for our SENIOR CONNECT Packages. You utilize the system for as long as you require it. We are happy to be able to help out for as long as you feel we are needed. The only thing we ask is that you provide us with a 60 days notice for any cancellation of service.
